Dips: 10/10/10/5 - New Personal Record!!!!
It feels good to get back to work - not my job, that'll be fine - but getting back to my regiment feels good.
Note: back hurt this morning - feels great now.
I am doing pics and body fat reading every two weeks. So week 5...

Height: 5'7"
Weight: 202lbs
Squats: 135lbs - 5/5/5/5/5
Overhead Press: 85lbs. - 5/5/5/5/5
Deadlift: 135lbs - 1x5
Pull ups (BW) - 1.75
Besides the pull ups, I am happy with my progress.
Jimm, Tammy and Zac are in town this weekend. Besides the beer, I have been pretty good with maintaining the diet.
Monday will ahve a new BF% and picture.
Goals:
Squat: 140lbs
Bench: 140lbs
Row:90lbs
Dips:10/10/10/5 (Let's do it!)

Started the day with a Whey shake.
After getting the family out, and dropping Abby off - I got to the Perinton Community Center to run. I ran/walked for about 20 minutes stopping twice to stretch. I am not getting out of breath, but my legs cannot take it. I think the squats and deadlifts from Workout B are training me hard, so running is a bad thing.
My weight has gone up in the past few days, and this confuses me. I know I am building muscle, but I need my weight to either stay the same or go down. I will now cut 500 cals from my diet and see what happens. Shooting for 190 lbs and 18% BF or better by June 1.

How my life has changed
If you are reading this, then perhaps you are looking for something. Maybe you are sick of being fat. Maybe you are sick of being tired and weak. Maybe you are sick of getting sick all of the time. I have discovered the answer, but you can only do it when you are good and ready. You have to want to do it.
