March 26th 2008

Started the day with a Whey shake.

After getting the family out, and dropping Abby off - I got to the Perinton Community Center to run. I ran/walked for about 20 minutes stopping twice to stretch. I am not getting out of breath, but my legs cannot take it. I think the squats and deadlifts from Workout B are training me hard, so running is a bad thing.

My weight has gone up in the past few days, and this confuses me. I know I am building muscle, but I need my weight to either stay the same or go down. I will now cut 500 cals from my diet and see what happens. Shooting for 190 lbs and 18% BF or better by June 1.
