150lbs: 5/5/5/5/5

Bench Press: 45x10 / 115x2 / 135x2

150lbs: 5/5/5/5/5 - I will now only progress in increments of 5lbs

Barbell Row:

95lbs: 5/5/5/5/5

Dips:

Body weight +10lbs: 10/8 - WOW!

Cardio: 15 minutes of HIIT Running.

Getting the wife interested - maybe this summer she will start to train.
